Beacon Environmental is pleased to announce that we have successfully met all Proficiency Testing (PT) sample compliance requirements and have received our updated DoD ELAP and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation certificates for EPA Methods TO-17, TO-15, 8260C, 8260D, and 325B.

The DoD ELAP and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accreditation program includes the most rigorous quality control requirements in the environmental laboratory industry. In addition to successful analysis of PT samples twice annually, Beacon must demonstrate method performance, including Limits of Quantitation (LOQs) and Limits of Detection (LODs), on every instrument each quarter. These ongoing performance evaluations help ensure that our analytical systems continue to generate accurate, reliable, and defensible data.

Beacon is proud to be the only private DoD ELAP and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory in Maryland, reinforcing our commitment to technical excellence and providing clients with confidence in the analytical data that supports critical environmental investigation and remediation decisions.

This achievement reflects the dedication of our laboratory team and their continued focus on quality, precision, and regulatory compliance. We look forward to continuing to deliver the high-quality analytical services our clients depend on.
